Q:What is the seller star ranking system?
A:Ebay allows buyers to mark sellers with a star system up to 5 stars,5 being best.If you are happy with you item and my communication etc please mark 5 stars. i work VERY hard to make everyone happy and customer service is my top priority.Anything less than 5 stars means a drop in the ranking of my listings and Ebay could terminate auctions.

The new Ebay rating guidelines relies strongly on the star system. what was thought to be a high OK rating of 4 is actually lowering sellers standings in auctions through best match searches. if you are satisfied and happy with the transaction check off 5 stars , anything i can do and you are not satisfied contact me.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:I ALWAYS combine shipping.........the first shipping amount is the original shipping charge each additional item is $2.00 extra. Many items have FREE PRIORITY shipping and soon i will be making most items free PRIORITY shipping USA domestic.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Most shipping is Priority FREE Shipping! along with delivery confirmation.i charge what the USPS quotes. The shipping and handling charges average out at about 2.00 usa. but a lot of times i end up paying extra for the shipping because i include delivery confirmation on EVERY item shipped as well as sometimes insurance.

A:YES! Everywhere and ANYWHERE! If you are willing to pay the shipping charges via USPS.
