Item was sold as new and arrived with scratches all over it and was clearly used. I took pictures of the day it arrived and sent them to the seller to which I did not even get the courtesy of a response. Exactly 31 days after purchase the item stopped working completely. I contacted eBay who told me the seller would be in touch with me and I still never heard from them; them simply rejected the return request. No conclusion left for me except that this seller is a scammer.

Had issue with C and V keys not working. Connected OK, and in good general shape, but not working properly. Shipped in padded envelope, but that would have caused any issues. So, seller refunded, which is good. So, they do pay attention to you but I would probably be wary of used keyboards. I have bought some before, and they worked fine. Not sure what happened with this one as Apple stuff is pretty solid. Anyway, that is my story, ha! Thanks for taking care of this techcove.
