• We ship all United States addresses (except Hawaii and Alaska) by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (Insurance is option) or FEDEX Ground Home Delivery (Insurance is included).
• For Hawaii and Alaska we ship by United State Postal Service.
• Shipping fee is charged by the total amount of your order.
• We send Tracking # of Fedex to you by E-mail after shipping your order .You can trace your order by accessing the FEDEX home page, http://fedex.com/us/ for Hawaii and Alaska,http://www.ups.com. We charge Sales Tax to only NY State addresses.

• We ship by United State Postal Services. Please choose GPM (Priority Mail) or EMS.
• In detail please send e-mail.
• Note: For GPM, insurance is not available. However, we keep record the package No. and custom No. provided by the post office ,which we can trace the package. We will send the No. to you also as your record when we send your shipping confirmation e-mail. However, We can't have a responsibility if the package is lost by United StatePostal Services or by the post office in Canada, England & Japan even though we make effort to trace the package as much as we can.

• Since we carry small quantity for each item, we accept only Paypal , the quickest payment method.
• For International customer please send e-mail.

If you should wish to return or exchange your merchandise, please send E-mail first within
3 days after you received the order and receive Return Authorization #  by E-mail.
Take a copy of your invoice and fill out the RA# at any place on  the  Invoice.

The package and merchandise should be same to the original condition and sent by UPS or
Fedex only within 5 days after the RA# issued date. 
Please make sure you get a Tracking Number.
You may send back Via USPS but we recommend you to insure it since we have no 
responsibility for lost or damaged goods.

NOTE:

• For any reason, only unwashed and unworn merchandise is acceptable. Also we don't accept any merchandise which have "Final Sale" mark.
• We don't refund shipping fee for any reason. We inspect very carefully for the each item before we ship so holes or tears should be free.
• Please note. We don't consider as defected items for the things like the stitches are not uniform or not streight so please don't complain like that points as a defected item. We 'd like to make sure this point especailly for European customer. Please keep mind before you order that our brands are not top quality designer brands. If you worry about the each stitch, please don't buy on our site. So far we had some European customers who complain about the stitches and request refund for the both shipping fee/ship and returned ).
• Returns without #RA No. is not acceptable.
• We have no responsibility for lost or damaged return goods.
• For International Customer, please send back via First Class Air Mail with Insuranse, GPM with Envelop No. & Custom No., or EMS with Tracking No.

• Our most T-shirts are Baby-T made to fit your body.
• We carry XS, S, M, L and XL depend on the brand. Each brand has their own measurement so the brand A's size S is not same dimension to Brand B's size S.
• Please read Measurement (dimension) description. Since the actual size is different depending on each brand, we will describe actual mesurement for each item .
• The all mannequins which are used on our site are M (8, Bust=35") size.
• Our most T-shirts are made of 100% cotton with elasticity or including Spandex with great elasticity. Please read fabric description on each item.
