I have created these frequently asked questions to better serve my valued customers.  If you do not see your question and answer listed below, please feel free to contact me.  Please allow 24 hours for responses to submitted questions, and be sure to check your spam folder for responses that might have been misdirected.

1. What are your business hours?
Templates queens hours are 11am-10pm Mon-Fri
& Sat-Sun Closed ( I use these days to spend time with my children) All orders placed on the weekends will be filled on monday

3.What forms of payment do you accept? PayPal only

4.Do you accept returns or exchanges on services? No due to the nature of the items ( Auction templates store fronts ect..) I offer no refunds or exchanges are given. This also goes for the items I sale as well.

5. Do you offer world wide delivery? Yes we do Free for store front and on all templates 1.79 to mail mini cd ( same as standard cd just smaller) I also ship items world wide.

CUSTOM TEMPLATE & STORE SERVICES OFFERED

1. Can I have the header image of my template personalized with my store name or ID. Yes I can customize your template to your liking if not offered on the current template at an extra charge. 

3. Do you offer custom designs? Yes I can cutomized any template or make one specific to your needs. Cost will be based on what you would like. But roughly runs from $7.99 - 11.99 for basic functions. And Custom storefronts that include matching auction template and about me page just $30.00 and includes FREE installation. More additions would cost more. But I work with every customer to make things affordable!

4. Do you offer website, blog, myspace, designs? This is coming soon and will be offered only on my website. Website and websets will be sold on ebay on a ask only basis.Click here to go to website..

5. Do you install your Auction templates for clients? No I do not but I give detailed instructions and it is very easy to do. I do however install store fronts. Must purchase a storefront item from templates-queen in order to get this service. Also I will send templates to sellersourcebook.com if you have an account with them.

6. Do you have instructions on how to install storefronts, to install template on auctiva, turbo lister ect. Yes I have a variety of instructional aides and is available for free at my website with instant download for convience.Click here to go to website...

7. Can the font and colors be changed on the template graphics? Some templates this can be done others it may not as some images are embeded and cannot be changed.

8. Can any text be put in another language? Yes the following currently, French, and Spanish

9. I need my template A.S.A.P can you email it to me? This answer is tricky as ebay requires me to sent via mail only. All templates will be sent via usps first class mail within 2-3 days from purchase. I however offer in addition to mailing that the template will be emailed . But only after the template has been mailed and you cannot open it, your computer is not compatible ect....(this is the last resort as Ebay is very strict with emailing items without a classified ad)! I do however have a classified ad and you can purchase them thru That. But all my templates are offered at my website and are instant downloadable.

10. I like a specific template do you have this as a store front. I can turn any template into a store front. Just contact me and I can accomodate what you like
