Excellent eBay Seller. I requested a special color (beige) what I got was Taupe (a grayish brown rather than a light/medium brown). Other than color, embroidery was excellent, towel quality excellent with friendly communications! Also, I found out after the fact names could be embroidered on the toweling as nice to know for any further orders! I would recommend your towel color to be white as Seller suggests! Overall an excellent product!!!! Remember, these are made to order delaying receipt!

This seller practically never responded to my messages, she was very rude, the order was sent a MONTH AFTER the sale and the product was not even what I had requested, the personalization was fatal, the size of the embroidery was small in proportion to the size of the towel. When I wrote to her to ask to return the towels SHE NEVER RESPONDED and also I had to ask Ebay's help desk to help me with the refund. FATAL MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SELLER. I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND HER.

I’m sorry you were not happy-but with ten to twenty messages a day it is hard to reply to everything when I am getting orders done for Christmas. My listing clearly states how long it takes for an order to be made and completed and during the holidays I am busy. I now have a set of three towels I am unable to use as you had them personalized in cursive as I did and the size of embroider is proportioned to towels it is the same sizing you would get at a depart. Store I upsize accordingly
