Q:Do you have other sizes in this same item?
A:We generally just have what is listed, unless we have specified otherwise in the description that we have other sizes available.
Q:Do you have a buy it now (BIN) price?
A:We are a consignment store and our clients sometimes choose the auction format. If we have not placed a buy it now on the listing than the answer is generally no. If you'd like to make an offer please feel free to do so.
Q:Can you declare the item at a lower value or as a gift?
A:No, we can't declare a lower selling price for any items, or create an invoice for anything other than the selling price. All sold items will be marked as merchandise.
Q:Do you accept returns for apparel pieces that do not fit?
A:Yes, but only for the selling price, not shipping.
Q:Do you accept returns?
A:Yes, we accept returns up to 7 days after receiving the item. Please send the item back using the returns form included in the package.
Q:How many miles are on this, or how long was it used?
A:We will always include this information in the listing if we have it available. We are a consignment store so sometimes we do not have this information.
Q:Do you have a shipping quote to my country/address/zip code?
A:We always include shipping costs in the listing, whether it is a flat rate or a shipping calculator. These are usually accurate so please only contact us in extreme cases.
Q:Do you offer combined shipping discounts?
A:Yes, we combine shipping at an additional $2 per item domestic and $4 per item international. Please send us a message once you are done shopping to request a combined invoice.
