Shipping charges include our insurance guarantee, delivery confirmation, the cost of materials to securely package your items, and the time, gas, etcetera necessary to get it to the shipper. We normally ship three times a week on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. If one of these days is a holiday we will ship the following day. Unless otherwise stated, U. S. Packages weighing less than 13 oz. are shipped by U.S.P.S. First Class Mail. U.S. packages weighing more than 13 oz. are shipped by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. International packages are shipped First Class International or Priority Mail International depending on weight. Customs forms will state that the package contains merchandise and the value will match the final sales price on the invoice, not including shipping charges.
Unless other wise noted, our maximum combined shipping charge for U.S. residents is $15.95. Please email us to adjust your total, prior to making payment, if the rate you receive is higher. Our maximum combined shipping & handling charge for International customers is $54.95 ($28.95 for Canada & Mexico) provided priority shipping is available in your area, your order will fit in a flat rate box and it does not exceed 20 pounds.
If you have special needs, shipping upgrades are available upon request. We will also ship via FedEx or UPS, by request. In such case, any additional fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Combined Shipping Information:
We are happy to combined items for shipping discounts for ups to 7 days provided all items are paid with one consolidated payment. When checking out choose the items you'd like to combine and click the "recalculate" link. Your new combined shipping total will automatically be calculated. Combined shipping is calculated using the highest shipping rate for the chosen items as the base and deducting $2.25 from the shipping charge for each additional item. For example, if you purchase 3 items with shipping rates of $3.00, $4.00 and $5.00, your combined shipping charge would be $7.50 ($5.00+($3.00-$2.25)+($4.00-$2.25). An easy way to calculte your total is to add all the shipping charges together and deduct $2.25 for each purchase after the first. Using the above example, ($12 ($3.00+$4.00+$5.00)-$4.50($2.25x2)=$7.50)
Shipping charges are calculated per listing. If you purchase multiples of an item from the same listing the additional item fee for that listing is applied to figure the shipping charge tat will apply to all purchases from that listing. The additional item fee is not the same as the combined shipping discount. The additonal item fee applies to that listing only! For example, if the shipping fee is $3.00 with .25 cents for each additional item and you purchased 3 items from that listing your shipping fee for that listing would be $3.50 (3.00+.25+.25). The $3.50 is what you would add to any other purchases to determine your combined shipping total. The combined shipping discount is $2.25 per additonal listing. In other words, you would deduct $2.25 off the stated shipping charge for each additional item after the first. If all this has you throughly confused there is no need to worry, your combined shipping total will automatically be calculted when you check out.
Our Promise
We are not in the business of making money on shipping. Our maximum handling charge is $5.00 and covers insurance, delivery confirmation, the cost of materials to securely package your items, and the time, gas, etcetera necessary to get it to the shipper. However, because we have to automate much of our system to save cost and better serve you in other areas occasionally your may be overcharged for shipping. This is especially true with international purchases where shipping charges have been estimated and/or large amounts of combined purchases. We do our best to notice these overcharges and make any refunds due. However we are, alas, human and may miss one. If you believe you are due a refund, that is, that the total shipping & handling you were charged was more than actual postage paid plus the maximum handling charge, please email us. We will investigate and if a refund is due it will be given.
Payment is required within 7 days of auction ending for individual purchases and within 14 days for combined purchases.

Shipments for payments made via Personal Check may be held for up to 14 days from date of receipt prior to shipping. EChecks must clear before items will be shipped.

We DO NOT offer Postal Insurance. We do privately insure our packages through Endicia and INSURANCE IS INCLUDED in your shipping charge. To qualify for an insurance reimbursement you must cooperate with any investigation and claim process. This may include speaking with postal and customs inspectors. No cooperation means no reimbursement! To qualify for a claim of non-delivery there must not be a confirmed delivery. To qualify for a damage claim you will be required to show proof of damage as per our request. We may refund you or replace at our discretion. In most cases only the purchase price will be refunded. Reimbursements for lost merchandise may take up to 30 days for U.S. shipments and 45 days for international shipments. If a lost shipment claim is paid and the package is later found and delivered you are required to return the reimbursement.
We offer a 30-day (from date of delivery) money back guarantee (minus shipping cost) on all products unless otherwise noted. To qualify email us that you will be returning the item, send the item back in the same condition it was sent with a note explaining why you are returning it and a copy of the packing slip. WE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ACCEPT RETURNS OF PARTIAL MERCHANDISE. IF YOU PURCHASE AND ITEM AND WISH TO RETURN IT YOU MUST RETURN THE ENTIRE ITEM! Except for cases were the item was defective or the wrong item was shipped only the purchase price will be refunded. Damaged or missing product claims must be made within 48 hours of package receipt. Please remember that the old adage "You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar" holds true. We like to think we are reasonable people, however, we are also human. If you approach us with nasty words and accusations we will be less willing for work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Please be kind! We want to make you happy!
