| A:I can accept returns on non-customized items within 7 days - buyer pays return shipping.

| A:Within USA: Shipping is a flat rate of $3.99 for unlimited items.
Internationally: Shipping is a flat rate of $5.99 no matter how many items are purchased. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all import duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Combined shipping is automatically calculated upon checkout. |
| Q:How soon will my order ship? |

| A:I make everything by hand, and to-order. I may need up to 7 days from the date payment is received to create and ship your order. Please keep this in mind if you need the item(s) by a certain date. |
| Q:How long will my order take to be delivered once it has shipped? |

| A:USA: USPS First Class (usually 2-5 business days, comes w/tracking), or if you have upgraded to USPS Priority (extra $3.00) usually 2-3 business days, also comes w/tracking.
Internationally: USPS First Class Mail International - usually an average of 8-15 business days, however that can vary given the many factors affecting delivery abroad. |
| Q:Will I be notified when my order ships? |

| A:I will ship to the address provided by PayPal (unless otherwise instructed), please make sure it is up-to-date. I can not be responsible for packages sent to out-of-date addresses. You will receive an automated email notification via PayPal when your order ships. Please check your junk mail folder as these emails are sometimes filtered as spam. |
| Q:Are your jewelry pieces heavy? |

| A:Not at all, polymer clay is very light weight. |
| Q:Can I wear the jewelry in the shower, pool, etc. |

| A:No, the clay pieces should not get wet. |
| Q:What kind of packaging do you use? |
|
| A:All jewelry items are packed in a cotton-filled jewelry box and are shipped inside a padded bubble mailer. Other small items will also be packed in a jewelry box; larger items will be carefully packed in a rigid container to protect against handling hazards. Please let me know if you have special needs regarding shipping methods. |

| A:Yes, earrings (the hook or post that attaches to the clay design) can be upgraded to sterling silver for $3.00!
