Carrier:
We use Canada Post to ship all items within Canada. For the small, flat items, we are able to use letter mail which keeps the costs very low and for our larger items, we use Expedited Parcel. Because we are shipping from within Canada, there are no brokerage fees or duties (unlike what would happen if you purchased from the USA)Taxes:
All Canadians will be charged 5% GST and BC residents will also be charged 7% PST when you checkout. We are a registered Canadian business and are required to collect and remit these taxes by law. Our GST# is 868837758.
Transit Times:
Transit times within Canada will vary from 2-7 business days depending on your location. Customers in Western Canada can expect to receive their order within 2-4 business days and customers in Eastern Canada can expect to receive their order within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Rates:
We use flat shipping rates where you are charged shipping on the largest item and then each additional item is shipped at a lesser rate depending on the size and weight (***all small lightweight items ship for FREE when added onto an existing order!). For instance, if you purchase 2 ceramic art tiles, your shipping cost would be $14.95 for the first tile, but only $3.50 more for the 2nd, 3rd, etc. We recommend that you "Request a total" if you are purchasing several items so that we can accurately calculate the costs and discount your shipping even further if possible. If you pay excess shipping costs during checkout and we end up being able to send your order for less, we will refund you any substantial difference.
Also, you can add unlimited small lightweight items such as bookmarks, stickers, necklaces, cards, etc to an order for no additional shipping charges!
Check the individual listings as all rates are within the listings for your convenience. Each listing will tell you the cost of shipping that item as well as the cost of shipping additional items of a similar size and weight. You always pay the full shipping on the largest item and then the rest of the items you purchase would be charged at the "additional item" cost. You can also always email us- we welcome your questions!
Combined Shipping Instructions:
If you are purchasing more than 1 item, please purchase all of the items you want and then make 1 single payment for everything. Your combined shipping discounts should calculate automatically, however, if you are purchasing several items, we may be able to discount your shipping even more if you "request a total" after you make your purchases. We are also happy to quote your shipping costs ahead of time if you email us with all of the items you plan to purchase. ***Small, lightweight items include: stickers, bookmarks, jewelry, keychains,cards, small magnets, and many more- just look in the listings and anything that qualifies as one of these items will say $0.00 shipping for additional items of similar size and weight. |
