Carrier:
We use Canada Post to ship all items internationally. For the small, flat items, we are able to use light packets or small packets which keeps the costs very low and for our larger items, we use Small Packet up to 2KG. Orders over 2KG must be shipped by Expresspost international which can be a costly service.
Transit Times:
International transit times will vary from 7-21 business days depending on your location and the shipping service.
Shipping Rates:
We use flat shipping rates where you are charged shipping on the largest item and then each additional item is shipped at a lesser rate (some of the larger items cannot be discounted on the 2nd item due to the weight or they may have to be sent separately). For instance, if you purchase 2 6" figurines, your shipping cost would be $18.95 for the first figurine, but only $12.00 more for the 2nd. Also, you can add small lightweight items such as bookmarks, stickers, necklaces, cards, etc to an order for no additional shipping charges as long as it doesn't push your order weight over the threshold of the shipping service for the first item- please email with any questions about this or to find out how many items you can add at no charge. thefairiesrealm@shaw.ca
Check the individual listings as all rates are within the listings for your convenience. Each listing will tell you the cost of shipping that item as well as the cost of shipping additional items of a similar size and weight. You always pay the full shipping on the largest item and then the rest of the items you purchase would be charged at the "additional item" cost. You can also always email us- we welcome your questions! *PLEASE NOTE: While we have tried to set up our store to include shipping to international destinations for your convenience, it is always possible that it may cost more to ship your order than what is stated in the listing if you are purchasing several items. We review all international orders right away and will email you with an invoice for any additional shipping charges for your destination. If you want to inquire about shipping charges ahead of time, simply email us at service@therealm.ca and let us know what you wish to purchase and where it is being shipped to and we can provide you with a quote.

Combined Shipping Instructions:
If you are purchasing more than 1 item, please purchase all of the items you want and then request a total from us. We will send you a combined invoice and then you can make 1 single payment for everything. We are always happy to quote your shipping costs ahead of time if you email us with all of the items you plan to purchase.
