Carrier:
We use Canada Post to ship all items to the USA. Once they cross the border, they will be transferred to and delivered by the USPS. For the small, flat items, we are able to use light packets or small packets which keeps the costs very low and for our larger items, we use Expedited Parcel. Our shipping to the USA is easy, affordable, and hassle free and many customers comment on how it is even faster than items shipped within the USA.
Transit Times:
Transit times to the USA will vary from 4-12 business days depending on your location and the shipping service. Orders under 1KG are shipped by air which generally takes a week or less and larger orders are shipped by ground which is anywhere from 1-2 weeks.
Shipping Rates:
We use flat shipping rates where you are charged shipping on the largest item and then each additional item is shipped at a lesser rate depending on the size and weight (***all small lightweight items ship for FREE when added onto an existing order!). For instance, if you purchase 2 ceramic art tiles, your shipping cost would be $11.95 for the first tile, but only $6.50 more for the 2nd, 3rd, etc. Also, you can add unlimited small lightweight items such as bookmarks, stickers, necklaces, cards, etc to an order for no additional shipping charges!
Check the individual listings as all rates are within the listings for your convenience. Each listing will tell you the cost of shipping that item as well as the cost of shipping additional items of a similar size and weight. You always pay the full shipping on the largest item and then the rest of the items you purchase would be charged at the "additional item" cost. You can also always email us- we welcome your questions!
Combined Shipping Instructions:
If you are purchasing more than 1 item, please purchase all of the items you want and then make 1 single payment for everything. Your combined shipping discounts should calculate automatically, however, if you are purchasing several items, we may be able to discount your shipping even more if you "request a total" after you make your purchases. We are also happy to quote your shipping costs ahead of time if you email us with all of the items you plan to purchase. ***Small, lightweight items include: stickers, bookmarks, jewelry, keychains,cards, small magnets, and many more- just look in the listings and anything that qualifies as one of these items will say $0.00 shipping for additional items of similar size and weight. |
