How do you rate the condition of the items you sell?
Mint Condition means an item is in like new condition as if you were buying it from a retail outlet. Usually this piece has never been displayed outside of a retail setting.
Excellent Condition is used for pieces that are also like new, but have been displayed in a collection for a period of time or have been purchased on the secondary market from another owner.
Very Good Condition is used for a piece that may need some cleaning or is a very old piece and shows some wear, but otherwise is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
Do you sell any pieces that have flaws or are in need of repair?
If any item has a major flaw, chip, crack, or has been repaired this is noted in the condition section of the item listing and a photo of the flaw is included. Please note that Wee Forest Folk are handmade and subject to minor flaws such as pinholes in the paint, lint in the glazing, etc. These flaws are minor, considered acceptable by the WFF factory and passes their quality control benchmark.
Where do you get your items for sale?
Our Wee Forest Folk come from our retail store, other store overstock, purchased collections, consignment sales, ebay purchases and my personal collection.
Do you have a return policy?
We accept returns in the US only on items that arrive broken or are not as described (you find a major flaw that we missed). We will substitute the same item, if possible. If we do not have the same item, we will refund your purchase price. We also will refund the return shipping costs. International shipments that arrive damaged must be processed as an insurance claim by the buyer.
If you find you want to return a piece because you just don't like it as much in person or already have that item we do allow exchanges or store credit for another item, but you are responsible for both return shipping and re-shipping costs. Free shipping only applies to the original shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card are the most commonly used payment methods. Please contact us directly for other payment methods accepted.
When will my item be shipped?
Items ship within one to two business days of payment received. Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.
What are your shipping costs?
U.S. orders under $75 are shipped FREE by First Class Mail. Orders $75 and over are upgraded to FREE Priority Mail Shipping . International orders vary by country (approx. $18 to Canada, $25 most others). FREE international shipping on orders over $250. Please note these rates only apply to our merchandise. Any items sold on consignment for clients will be charged the clients specified rate. Certain items may be exempt from these shipping rates.
How do you set your prices?
We are an authorized WFF dealer and contractually obligated to sell all current line WFF at the MSRP. Retired WFF may be sold at the MSRP, put on sale, or sold at current secondary market rates. Consigment sale prices are set by our clients.
The piece I'm looking for isn't listed, do you have it?
We have a large back stock of WFF that changes on a regular basis. If you're looking for a specific piece and it isn't on ebay just contact us to see if we have it in stock.
