Store fixtures and displays including, but not limited to, mannequins (shirt, necktie, bowtie) hat displays and shoe trees are not included for sale unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing.
PAYMENT OPTIONS AND TERMS
Only PayPal is accepted.
Payment must be made within 10 days of auction ending. If no payment or contact is made by the 6th day, an unpaid item case will be automatically opened. The buyer will then have 4 more days to make payment. If no contact or payment is made by the 10th day, the case will be closed and the buyer will receive an unpaid item strike.
If winning bidder is unable to make payment or has bid in error, and has been in communication with me, I will simply relist the item and mutually withdraw our transaction - at no penalty to the bidder.
Ships Worldwide. However, due to international laws affecting most of my items,I can not, do not, and will not ship to Italy or Brazil.
International packages will be shipped with customs forms containing actual selling price values and marked as merchandise. Please do not ask me to break the law and fill out the customs form dishonestly as a gift or at a lesser value. As an international buyer, you are responsible for any VAT or customs charges associated with the item. These customs charges are not included in the shipping amount..
Items are generally shipped in 1 day after payment is received, and usually no longer than 2 business days from completed payment.
For your protection against fraudulent purchases, All items will be shipped to the address provided on the eBay/Paypal shipping label only. If you need an item shipped to an alternate address, please add the alternate address to your account prior to purchasing and be sure to select the alternate address during check out.
Most items are shipped via USPS Priority. Ties and other small accessories are generally shipped First Class. If you require Express shipping contact me prior to payment and I will ammend the invoice.
All items are tracked with USPS delivery confirmation. You may access the confirmation number and the delivery status of your package in PayPal. To access this information, click the "track" link on your account overview page next to our transaction - you will be redirected to the USPS track and confirm page. Many times the information is not as up-to-date as I would like, sometimes the carriers do not scan the codes on the shipping labels until they are delivered. You will at least be able to see when the label was printed and the package shipped.
If you would like shipping through another carrier, please notify me before you bid. In your email please indicate your zip code, desired carrier and service. I will reply with a shipping quote for your selected service.
I WILL GLADLY COMBINE SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES - IF THEY WILL SAFELY FIT IN ONE BOX. PLEASE WAIT TO PAY UNTIL I HAVE SENT AN ADJUSTED INVOICE.
Returns are accepted only if the item is not as described in the listing.
Items must be returned within 30 business days.
Returns items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please know your measurements before bidding.
Buyer pays all return shipping charges.
International returns for buyers remorse or fit will be refunded original auction price. Original international shipping charges will not be refunded.
Packages returned as non-deliverable or unclaimed will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost.
Please contact me before returning the item, to see if we can work something out.
Buyer must supply a delivery confirmation / tracking number for returned packages.
Once payment has been made by the winning bidder, Positive Feedback will be given. Some sellers hold back feedback until they receive Positive Feedback, I do not. I recognize that it is the buyers responsibility merely to pay for the item or contact me if they can not. If they do so, they have held up their part of the process, and deserve good feedback.
I am 100% concerned with customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, PLEASE contact me before leaving bad feedback.
