Combined shipping is calculated at checkout. Please wait for all auctions to end before checking out. Alaska, Hawaii, FPO/APO and P.O. Boxes will be shipped through U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. International buyers please use the shipping calculator as well. All international shipments are mailed through the U.S. Postal Service Airmail. Delivery to destination country can take up to 5 weeks, which can be attributed to customs. |

Return Policy
- We will issue a refund or exchange as long as the item has not been worn outside or shows any wear
- Please place the shoebox inside another box to avoid damaging the original packaging. Otherwise, a $10 re-stocking fee will apply if the appropriate original packaging is not included

All we ask is that you send the shoes back to us in the original box, and make sure that the shoes are in the same condition that you received them. Q. Are your shoes authentic?
A.. If inquiring on authenticity of our products, please do not email. We are retailers with 4 brick and mortar stores and only buy from the respective vendors we sell. We offer a $100 cash reward for anyone who can validate our products are not authentic. Being authentic and not liking, for whatever reason, your purchase are two different things. We will do whatever is necessary within reason to accommodate displeased customers.
Q. Why is the Buy-It-Now option no longer available on the auction?
A.. If a bid has been placed on an auction then the Buy-It-Now option is no longer available
Q. I bid on the wrong size, can you cancel my bid?
A.. If you bid on the wrong size please e-mail before the auction ends and we will cancel bid, if the auction has ended we will ship the size you need (if we have it) DO NOT BID ON THE OTHER SIZE YOU NEED ONCE THE AUCTION HAS ENDED AND YOU ARE THE WINNER
Q. Do you offer shipping discounts on multiple items or if I Buy-It-Now?
A.. BUYER pays for ALL shipping costs, we only offer discounted shipping on combined shipments of two or more pair of shoes; combined shipments are to be paid for together
Q. I am purchasing a gift, can you send it direct to the person I am buying it for?
A.. If you are purchasing an item as a gift we are happy to send the item to the person you are buying the gift for; You will need to include in your payment that the purchase is a gift and what address you would like the purchase shipped to.
Q. Can you mark my item as a gift or sample to save me money on customs?
A.. We will mark items as gifts or samples but we must also include invoice and declare at value purchased.

A.. Tracking numbers are e-mailed once we have shipped your shoes, if you have not received this e-mail please check your junk or bulk e-mail folder.
