I had been looking for 8 months for this particular sewing machine at a reasonable price. And it arrived damaged due to shipping company negligence. Rather than me having to return it the seller was very generous and a partial refund so I could have it fixed and still have the machine I feel the seller went above and beyond to help me out and highly recommend purchases from their site.
