Their customer service is bad at best. I waited days after contacting them 3 times with a question. They finally answered but couldn’t care less that they took so long to respond. When I read the answer they posted, they said the circumference of the opening at the top was 13”. My legs are really thin so it seemed perfect. I was willing to put aside poor customer service because I knew they would fit. When I received them and took them out of the box, they measured over 15” wide. Don’t order!
