| A:We only use USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground. No other options are available at this time. |

| Q:Will this item fit my horse/me? |

| A:We take great efforts to provide detailed measurements on 99% of our items where fit is key. Most often you can find the details in the Item Specifics area and/or in the description. Please measure your horse or yourself and compare to those specs we have listed. We cannot recommend sizes based on "my horse has a big head or I wear a size 12" |
| Q:When is payment due? |

| A:Payments are due within 4 days of auctions end, unless purchasing multiple items in which case you may combine for an additional 4 days or 7 days total from first auction's end. |
| Q:Will you ship to address other than the registred buyer's? |

| A:We ship to the address registered with Ebay or the address NOTED with Pay Pal if other than registered address. This way both Buyer an Seller will be protected under the EBay Buyer Seller Protection Plan. See Help Tab for details. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We combine only unpaid multiple purchases which occur within 7 days of the first transaction. After 7 days a new invoice will be started. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship within 3 days of receiving payment, items should arrive within 2-3 business days via USPS priority service within the US. Arrival times for International shipping cannot be specified. |
| Q:What should I do if I accidently bid on the wrong item? |

| A:We ask that Buyers retract their bids as soon as possible. We do not cancel this type of bid, so it is the buyer's responsiblity to read carefully before bidding. |
| Q:Can I switch an auction item I have won for another item? |

| A:No, all auctions are final and the items won will be the items shipped. |
| Q:May I return items? |

| A:Returns are ONLY accepted with RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION which may be made by emailing us. Returns MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of item. NO EXCEPTIONS |
