| A:No returns, all sales are final. However, in unusual circumstances we can discuss possible returns or exchanges. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:I do happily combine shipping with multiple purchases made within 3 days of one another shipped to the same address. All items need to be paid for at the same time at Paypal checkout. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:You should expect to receive your item 7-10 business days after I receive your payment due to a 3 day handling time, usually much sooner! I can ship Expedited/Priority if you need your item sooner, requests need to be made prior to payment. |
| Q:How much is the shipping and handling charge? |

| A:Shipping varies per item but most items ship free (shipping to the US only). Shipping and handling will be higher to international destinations plus duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Email for a quote. |
| Q:Do you sell to bidders with zero or negative feedback or private feedback? |

| A:No I do not, they only cause problems and I risk my feedback by allowing them to bid/purchase from me. I cancel any and all such bids placed immediately. |
| Q:Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, AFB's, FPO's, or outlying U.S. states/territories? |

| A:Yes I do, however, shipping to PO Boxes, AFB's, FPO's, APO's, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Alaska or Hawaii requires I add a $15 handling fee in addition to shipping charges. By bidding you are agreeing to this handling fee. |
| Q:What method of payment do you accept? |

| A:I accept Paypal ONLY to CONFIRMED addresses ONLY. I reserve the right to deny or refund any payment that contains an UNCONFIRMED shipping address. No exceptions. |

| Q:Do you offer shipping insurance? |
|
| A:Shipping insurance is optional but is highly recommended as I can't guarantee items not to be lost, stolen or damaged once they leave my hands, not to mention for both your piece of mind as well as the ability to file a claim in case you don't receive your item due to theft or loss, trust me on this. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes I do, I appreciate the opportunity to serve all international buyers. Shipping charges will be much higher than to the USA plus duties and taxes are buyer's responsibility. Email me for a quote. |
