How to Find What You're Looking For
All of the specific information relating to each watchband is contained in the title and description.
To find something specific, use the "store search" box:
Enter the maker, style, length, lug width, finish, or any other specific keyword or combintation of words that pertain to what you are looking for. Make sure the "in titles & descriptions" box under the search field is checked, then click "search".
If you get too many, too few, or unwanted results, try unchecking the "in titles & descriptions" box, or adding or removing keywords, andusing the " - " symbol.
For example, if you want to see stainless deployment bands in 11/16", but none that are gold, check "in titles & description" and input:
STAINLESS DEPLOYMENT 11/16" -GOLD
Also, try words like adding LONG, SHORT, WIDE, etc. that describe features that are important to your search.
Remember, many of the bands can be sized down at the lug ends, so try searching for a size larger than is required for your watch.
eBay Advanced Search
The eBay advanced search is a great tool to alert you via email when I list something that you are looking for.
You can find the search here:
http://shop.ebay.com/ebayadvsearch/
When you get there, you'll find all kinds of different options to narrow your search. There is a check-box near the bottom for SELLERS, so you can specify only items listed by timesofplenty for your search results. You can also set it up to send an automatic email alert to you when the specified search yields a result.
If you need help finding something, please send me an email either through the ebay system, or here: vintagewatchbands@timesofplenty.com. I'll get back to you in a very short time. While time restrictions unfortunately don't allow for me to search for pieces not currently listed, I will answer promptly all questions about items in my store.
Thank you!
Scott Allison, timesofplenty vintage watchbands
