|  | Because we cannot size you personally we cannot guarantee that the size you request will be a perfect fit for you regardless of the sizing method you use (meaning jeweler local to you, online sizer etc).
We will guarantee to make your ring in the size you request, but in the event the ring does not fit properly, we offer our sizing exchange policy as a courtesy to our buyers.
14 day exchange policy:

**Please e-mail to request the exchange prior to returning the ring. We will reply with acceptance of your request for exchange and e-mail instructions.
**Buyer is responsible for the expense of return shipping on the first ring (in secure packaging please-no regular flat letter envelopes please) and there is an exchange fee as a new ring has to be made.
**Exchange fee:
For gold inlay rings: exchange fee is 50% of the original purchase price
For all plain titanium or titanium with silver inlay rings: exchange fee is 40% of the original purchase price
can be paid with a money order (payable to Daniel Walker) included with the returned ring. The exchange fee covers return shipping and the expense to make the new ring (titanium rings cannot be re-sized - a new ring has to be made). (Turnaround time is the same)
**Once the first ring is received back here and the exchange fee paid, we will make/ship a new ring in the corrected size as you request.
**To avoid any issues or problems with price differences, exchange must be for a ring/ring style of equal value. Credits for price difference WILL NOT be considered. Allowing you to exchange for a ring of greater value at just the exchange fee price IS NOT an option.
(ie: You cannot buy a gold inlay ring and want to exchange for a plain titanium ring and get the difference back in price - our expense in making the first ring did not change just because you do not want that style now. You cannot buy a plain titanium ring and want to exchange for a gold inlay style and only pay the exchange fee price).
**We have to limit to one exchange per ring purchased and exchange is only available for the initial purchase (ie: you cannot exchange a previously exchanged ring) - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Because your ring is made to order just for you and due to past abuses of this option - we have had to discontinue our return for refund policy effective 08/15/08.

OUR GOLDEN RULE POLICY We would never intentionally send the wrong ring/ring size or a ring that was flawed in anyway. We always strive for the best quality and customer service. With that said, we are human, have a family and things are busy, busy, busy here most days. We can and do make mistakes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, PLEASE contact us and we will work with you to make sure you are happy. We would not and do not ignore our customers. If you choose to use negative or neutral feedback as a means of getting our attention, you will immediately void any and all refund/exchange policies - no exceptions. (In other words, we don't like to be yelled at).
