We ship all our items USPS Priority with delivery confirmations. We offer insurance whenever possible. A $2.00 handling fee is applied to all auctions. We will do everything we can to correct all issues. All return requests within 7 days of delivery will be handled accordingly. We will exchange items when we can otherwise we refund the customer. Our goal is to be fair & honest with every aspect of our business.
