Any packages sent without obtaining RA# or without an RA# on outside of box will be refused.

Items must be in original product packaging.

If you are not satisfied with the products you bought at our online store, you will get full refund for the ones you have not yet used. And one-for-one replacement for the ones you have already used and are at least 70% full.

If you believe the product has manufacture defects and do not wish to receive replacement, we will refund you fully upon receipt of the defective product.

If any returned items found non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 35%

There will be no returns on products after 60 days from the time of purchase

There will be no returns on any clearance items.
