We test all equipment to the best of our abilities.  Please ask any questions you may have before purchasing.

Item condition varies from listing to listing.  Unless otherwise noted, all items carry a non-doa warranty.  But please note that many instruments have not been calibrated or refurbished.  Minor adjustments, calibration, and/or  proper installation may be necessary for some items.  Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions  regarding this.

For payment, we will accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX from buyers with proper identification.  Other payment methods include company checks, cashier's checks (PREFERRED), wire tranfers, etc.  Purchase orders are okay - just contact us for our fax #.  Generally, we will ask that international buyers pay using a wire transfer.

OUR SHIPPING RATES ARE VERY REASONABLE.  For smaller items, we will properly box and ship them through Fed Ex Ground.  Larger items will be properly crated and shipped through our freight company of choice.  WE CAN EXPEDITE ORDERS USING FED EX EXPRESS.
