How long have you been in business?
We have been selling and purchasing goods on Ebay since 2001. However we opened our store in June of 2010.
What products do you sell?
Our products mostly relate to women’s fashions which include but are not limited to: tops, dress shirts, graphic tees, night/fun wear, trendy jeans, rompers, shorts and skirts. In addition we sell silver jewelry, fashion jewelry, shoes, video games, books and handbags.
How varied are your clothing sizes?
Very varied. No human being is exactly like the other, that’s why everyone is totally unique! Trendy does not come in a size, it’s a style! While some items may not be in stock in a particular size, most items do have a vast range of sizes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. However, there’s a small amount of countries we do not ship to. Please check the shipping information on the product you are interested to make sure we ship to your country.
I am an international buyer, can you mark my item as a gift or under the value I paid for?
Absolutely not. This will be a violation of US custom laws.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Any item may be returned within 3 business days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping and handling. The buyer will always be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please be aware that we do not accept returns on international orders.
What are your operating hours?
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, seven days a week.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Paypal. This is the fastest most effective way for us to process your payment swiftly and expedite the shipment of your item (s).
How can I get in touch with you?
The easiest and most effective way of communication between us is using Ebay itself. I try to answer inquiries the same day I received them, but at the most inquiries are answered in no more than one business day.
How soon will you ship my order?
Save for Holidays, and Weekends, your order is normally shipped the next business day that the Post Office is open.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Only to the US and Canada.
What about Custom fees and international applicable duties?
The buyer is entirely responsible for any custom fees and/or international applicable duties and/or any other fees associated with international shipping.
Is tax applicable?
Only for NY Residents starting 10/1/2010. Please be aware that effective 10/1/2010 NYS will charge tax on clothing once again.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we do. Please refer to the shipping information of the product you are interested in for details. Some items may actually ship for free!
