Each culture in the world has generated its special designs and patterns. They are amazingly beautiful and functional in their environment. Neela has happened upon many pieces that will be gradually added to the store. The Yak Shawls/Throws are hand loomed in Nepal and India from the Yak wool from these high altitude animals. Like Cashmere from the Tibetan and Nepal goats, the Yak down is incredibly soft and ultra warm. Neela has returned with many pieces of Yak and Cashmere shawls and scarves, clothing, bags, dresses, tops, skirts, jewelry, etc.. Keep looking back for new items..

Please note, scarf is cashmere, just not soft and fluffy…more like a woolen scarf. Initially, I was disappointed, but learned to love it after trying it on. It drapes across the body nicely and stays upon one’s shoulder,very well. The color is exactly as depicted and it arrived in its own silk bag, for storage. Quick ship. Nice price. Great for travel.
