First of all, the instrument i received is NOT the same as the one in the photos. See my photos. They are quite similar. It is not a bad instrument, a bit basic, but works normal, has quality. The bow is the same as in the photos and all other items advertised were included. Basic tuning is easily achievable, no faults with the organ. The seller is kind, but does not know what strings exactly the instrument has on. So based on the above, i would say i see a bit of lack of professionalism here.
