Seller did not ship until I asked why it hadn't been shipped more than a week after my purchase. Al Chan did not communicate item would be delayed until I contacted him. Al described the garment as gabardine when it was actually rayon. Al said he has been in the business for over 12 years but was not knowledgeable about communicating with the buyer or describing item accurately. I would not recommend this seller. Seller charged twice the shipping that the USPS shipping cost was.

I didn't cancel a order that the buyer purchased so the buyer decides to threaten with a negative feedback. I already told him of a death in the family as the reason for the late shipment. Tittle states rayon gaberdine and no one charged you twice, that's a flat out. lie. As expected he wants to spew rampantly. I stand by my service.
