If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any item/s purchased from Troubadour Memorabilia. Please return it within 14 days of receipt. Providing the item is in the same condition that it was when despatched. A full refund will be given.
Troubadour Memorabilia offers a lifetime guarantee on any autographed/signed item unless otherwise stated. An Authenticity Guarantee will be issued with items if advertised as such in item description. Guarantee will be only be valid on return of item with Authenticity Guarantee and proof of purchase from Troubadour Memorabilia (ie. invoice/receipt).
If an item is damaged in transit please return it to Troubadour Memorabilia and we will make an insurance claim against postal service or courier.
A full customer refund will be given providing the relevant Postal Insurance was originally paid for.
Lost In Transit
Any Item that is lost in transit, ie. any item/s not received.
Please contact Troubadour Memorabilia at the given address or email us at - firstname.lastname@example.org and we will again make any relevant insurance claim for compensation from postal services or courier.
Once insurance compensation has been made. Troubadour memorabilia will then make a full refund to customer.
A proof of postage certificate and receipt is obtained for every item that is sent out.
