I discovered a dent on the unit when I unboxed it. There was no visible damage to the cartons. It was also missing the mounting hardware. I notified the seller of the problems, and immediately received two options for correction. Both were fair, and either would have made me happy.
Bottom line - you won’t find a better seller. Plus, I LOVE the Camlocker toolbox.
