Bought for $42.39 on 6/29 & on 6/30, seller raised the price to $52.99. Got a tracking# that never updated. I asked for update & Alex(rep) said he'd look into it, then said he'll escalate it & transfer to diff. warehouse. Last day of est. delivery, no item so I messaged again but no reply anymore. I said "pls don't force me to report this" then got a refund w/o any explanation or reply. They're STILL selling this item so why didn't I get mine? They want it for a higher price. No honor at all.

Update: Negative feedback would not have been written if communication was not abruptly stopped. Tracking suddenly updated from label created 2 days after last day of EST and I did receive the item the day after (July 10th). Seller sent a message with their viewpoint and I replied with mine. I also contacted eBay to cancel report and since I have not received any response for feedback revision request from seller- I will request for eBay to remove my negative feedback on seller's page, myself.
