Ho fatto l'acquisto dall'Italia di due microfoni da questo venditore e nonostante l'inserzione diceva che erano perfettamente funzionanti, sono arrivati con la capsula non funzionante, ho anche chiamato il venditore il quale mi ha chiesto di rimandarli indietro, mai costi di spedizione costavano più del costo di due capsule nuove.
Quello che contesto che il venditore è stato poco attento alla vendita di questi oggetti, avrebbe potuto semplicemente provarli.

Speaker was damaged on arrival because the packaging was insufficient. Seller replaced with another speaker. Again this speaker was insufficiently packed - single-wall box, just a scrap of bubble wrap thrown into box and not wrapped around the item - and the replacement item also suffered damage in the same area on the speaker (around the edge of the frame). You cannot ship a heavy cast-frame speaker in a single box with no inner wrapping. They are not willing to learn or change their practices.

Our shipping department took special care to ensure the secure packaging of the speaker. It is perplexing that the replacement speaker arrived damaged in the same exact spot and with the same issue as before. We requested pictures to verify the damage, but regrettably, you declined to provide them. Moreover, we are baffled by your refusal to return the damaged speaker to us for further evaluation. We've exhausted all efforts on our end to resolve it. Sellers beware and cautious of this buyer!

Seller has been uncommunicative after I provided the requested photos in an email, and made untrue statements about the transaction in their response to my negative feedback. This is not the way for mature persons to address a dispute. I will avoid this seller in the future and consider the money paid for the damaged item to be lost.
