Combined item shipping discounts are available upon request.
Each color lot is photographed using flash photography and our pictures are edited & posted from a computer with a color calibrated monitor.  They look true to color when we post them.  However, because computer monitors do vary on how they display color, and we have NO control over the display, brightness and contrast set on everyones computers, the items you receive may be a slightly different color shade than what you view on your home computer.   We do our best to accurately portray them and color tone variance is NOT valid grounds for leaving us bad feedback or blasting our star ratings.


We accept PayPal Only. Payments must be received within 3 days.

International Shipping
International shipping typically arrives in 10-14 business days.
Processing time does not allow for any issues that may occur during payment authorization.
Certain countries may charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees.
All International orders ship via the United States Postal Service (Priority Mail Only). International orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days. Customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.
Additionally, if you do live outside the continental United States, (Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii) there may be additional fees charged by the Customs offices in your country, once the product has been exchanged and re-shipped to you. TYFORMAL will not assume responsibility for these fees, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred.
NOTE: We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders. Buyer pays the shipping cost for shipping back and re-shipment on any exchange or refund. If we made a mistake, we will pay for shipping.
**once we receive the payment, items will be shipped to your PayPal address only. If buyer wants to receive the item in a different address please let us know.

Return Policy

If you return an item we have to charge 15% out of the dress Price for restocking. Make sure you don’t remove the Tags or we will charge an EXTRA 15%.
We realize that it is difficult to purchase items over the Internet, Please feel free to contact us. If you have any question, Contact our staff before sending items back to us, so that we can help you avoid unnecessary cost. We are glad to exchange ONLY size of your items. We will accept return the items in brand new condition (NO stains, NO alterations etc.) Items must be sent back to us WITHIN 3 DAYS after you’re received. NO refund and NO money back. All sales are final. Call if you need extra information about the item.
* Shipping charges and rush fees are non-refundable.
* Bras, undergarments, headpieces cannot be returned.
* Exchanged item cannot be returned for exchange/refund.
* Special Sale items/Clearance items are Final Sale, and they are not returnable.
* Returned dresses will be carefully inspected. Any sign of wear, any amount of smell, stain, pet hair, missing or sign of wear showing on tag will disqualify for exchange/store-credit, and will be returned at customers expense.

• Please save the invoice received with your package. It's your receipt.
• If an exchange is needed, you'll be charged for the new order and then credited when tyformal receives the original merchandise back. Or we can ship the exchange item when we get the one you sent to us.
• Shoes and clothing can be exchanged or returned but not if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of wear.
Different Size Exchange Policy
For an exchange to a different size (for same item and color), there will be no restocking fee but you have to pay the shipping and handling charges.
Different Color, Different Item Exchange Policy
For an exchange to a different color or different item, there will be a 5% restocking fee.

Please refer to your packing slip for detailed instructions on making your return. If the packing slip is unavailable, please include a letter containing the following information.
• Your name, address, and email address.
• Your daytime phone in case we have questions.
• A list of products and why are you returning the products (for example; wrong size, wrong product, didn't like color, Damaged in Transit. etc.)
Also please add a memo and have answer to the following questions:
1. Is this going to be a return or an exchange?
2. What item number(s) and item(s) are you going to be sending back?
3. What is the reason you're sending the items back?
4. What is the first and last name the order is listed under?
5. If this is an exchange, what are the replacement item number(s), item(s) and size(s)?
Exchanges/returns are costly (item cost, shipping cost, processing time and cost), and we are striving for the best policy in the industry. Please consider that there are many different body shapes/types, and alteration is done on most special occasion dresses for "perfect fit".
Return Address: Please ship your return package prepaid to the address below. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, USPS, or UPS (ask for services that have tracking options)

Order cancellation Policy:
• Please call T.Y. Trading at (713)978-7906. Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Note: All times are in your local time zone.
• Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after submitted; it may not be possible to cancel an existing order even within the one hour window
• If your order has been shipped via the United States Post Office we are unable to make any changes.
• If item status is showing "Ready to Order" then you may cancel without any fee.
• If item status is showing "Ordered" or "Received" there will be 15% cancellation fee.
• If item status is showing "Paid/Shipped" then it cannot be canceled.
• If item is Not Available or Sold out, you WILL NOT BE CHARGED.
You will not be charged if item is not available or sold out. Charging or "capturing" is done when item is shipped.
When your order is processed, your card will only be "authorized" showing "pending" status, which will drop off
automatically if not "captured". The correct amount will be "captured" when item is shipped. Please be assured that we have sophisticated system for highly accurate and reliable accounting. If item is returned for exchange and replacement item is sold out, store credit will be issued.
