The item I received was as described by the seller so no surprises there. The only issue was that it was shipped via USPS, they said it had been delivered when it had not, and the box was damaged. Fortunately the chandelier arm was intact and safe. However, I advised the seller that it would be much better to ship delicate items via FedEx than USPS.
