Countries we do not ship:

Argentina, Barbados, Belgium, Chile, Colombia, Guadelope, India, Nigeria, Venezuela, Vietnam. Please do not bid or purchase if you belong to these countries. We also reserve the right to not to some countries due to security concern

Delivery Of Items and Delivery Standard
We do our best to keep enough stock for customers. But sometimes, we encounter out of stock problem and may delay the shipment. In normal situation, we will ship item and send customer shipping notification within 2 working days. If customer do not receive such notification after 2 working days, please contact us to follow up.

For customers who need items urgently
Most our items are only shipped by regular airmail service. There is no 100% guarantee of delivery time. We can only say customers should receive item within working days specified in our delivery standard page. If not, what we can do is to reship item. Therefore, we advise customers to pay for express delivery service such as EMS, UPS, DHL... if item is required urgently.

Return Policy
We do our best to keep all shipped out items in good condition. Customers are advised to check item once receiving. If in any case item is defective, please inform us immediately. Our colleagues will handle your case within 2 working days. We will offer replacement. Customer is required to return item for replacement and is responsible for returning fee

Cancel Order
Once customer bid or purchase our ebay item, they accept all our policy listed here and must pay correct amount for item. If customer request us to cancel order by any reasons, we will charge customer handling fee to compensate our ebay listing fee and customer is required to complete a mutual agreement for canceling order.

Seeking for our help
Both negative and neutral feedback affect a seller account. Please avoid leaving these feedbacks before letting us to resolve your problem. If you send numerous message and did not get reply, please check your email spam box. We will only reply to your registered email in either ebay or paypal. We seldom reply through ebay message since ebay limit the number of message sent. Normally, we will reply your complaint within 2 working days. During weekend or public holiday, it may take 3-4 working days to reply since our staffs need to take rest also. Thanks for your kind patience!

Customs fee or Tax (e.g. VAT...)
In most situation, you will not be charged by your country customs office. Customer is still responsible for corresponding fee if any.

Insurance
Since we declare low value of item, we will only get low value compensation from post office or courier. All customers should accept and understand this before bidding or purchasing item(s). If item is believed to be lost during delivery (over estimated delivery time), we will arrange reshipping for the first time. For low value item, we will reship immediately. For higher value item, we will only reship once post office or courier has been finished investigation. This normally takes 2 months.

Customer can consider to purchase insurance for high value item. For those customers who already purchased insurance, we can arrange reshipping or full refund within few days. But please be noted that purchasing insurance require declaration of higher value. This may cause Customs fee or Tax. Customer should make a decision on this.

Guarantee and Warranty
Every sent out items are guaranteed in good condition. If received item is broken or defective during transit, we will offer free replacement. Please email us within 48 hours. Item within warranty period can be returned for replacement. But it does not cover damage caused by human factor. Also, any warranty sticker on top of parts must not be removed. This will void warranty.

Intellectual Property and Copyright Issues
