1.       solar light

Q1: How and where to install the light?

A1: Please install it in a well-lit location where it can receive maximum sunlight during daytime hours. The lights and solar panel box are weather- they should not be affected by exposure to rain snow or temperature.

Q2: Will the light turn on and off automatically?

A2: Yes. Your solar light string has a light sensor, so it will activate automatically at sunset and deactivate automatically at dawn. Its location should NOT be near a light source such as a porch light, street lamp ect. as these lights might prevent the light from automatically turning on.

Q3: How long shall I charge the light?

A3: Be sure the solar panel is pointed toward the light. At least 6 hours of exposure to light is required to illuminate the light strand. The lights will illuminate to 8-9 hours if the solar panel is charged in optimal lighting conditions.

Although your solar panel will continue to collect energy on cloudy, rainy or snowy days, the amount of energy collected will limit the time your lights illuminate. For example, a bright cloudy day will provide 3-4 hours of illumination and a rainy or snowy days will provide up 1-2 hours of illumination.

Q4: Can the leds be replaced?

A4: NO. The LED’s are a permanent part of the light strand and cannot be replaced.

Q5: Can the battery be replaced?

A5: YES. The AA NI-CD ( Ni-Mh ) Battery included with this product is rechargeable and should last 3-4 years. Like all rechargeable batteries, however, it will eventually need to be replaced.

Laptop Battery

Q1: How do I know whether the battery is compatible or not?

A1: Please check the model number, Volts and Amperes. You need to cross check with your laptop manual or you older laptop battery to make sure that voltage rating is the same. In case if you’re using batteries of different voltage, then it can cause very serious damage to your laptop.

Q2: How many cells in the battery?

A2: Normally the capacity of one cell is 3.6V~3.7V*2000~2200 mAh.

If a battery is 10.8 V, 4400 mAh, we can calculate it in this way:

(10.8 V / 3.6 A )*(4400 mAh / 2200 mAh)=3*2=6 cells

Q3: How to preserve the life of the battery?

A3: If you make your battery HP OmniBook 6100 battery plugged into the power supply, most of the time it will actually degrade the battery and it won't hold a charge when you do need it. It's better to use your laptop without the power supply until it is completely drained .

Ink Cartridge

Q1: Is your ink cartridge chipped?

A1: Some with chipped, some without chipped. Generally speaking, if you choose the right model, you don’t have to worry about the chips matter. For special cases, you will read “Attention: you need to set your old chips on the ink cartridges.” in the list, then you need to add your old chips to the repalcement ink cartridge.

Q2: Can I choose the color in the pack?

A2: Sorry you cannot. All the ink cartridges are packed in the factory, so we cannot change the content. But we have prepared various packages to meet your need, packs with more black inks, small and large pack are all avalable.

Q3: Is the ink compatible to my printer?

A3: Please refer to our compatible model list, if you can find the compatible model there, it is compatible.

Laptop Adapter

Q1: How do I choose the right adapter?

A1: Our adapter are compatible replacement only. Please check carefully the voltage, current and plug size of your original adpter. Although the plug size has been stated on the list, some careless buyer still buy the wrong adapter as they forget to check the plug size. So please do check carefully to avoid further inconvenience.

Q2: Can I have the plug which is suitble for the socket in my country?

A2: All the plug is UK standard. If you are in other European countries, you need to buy a converter to use the adapter by yourself.

Q3: I am not sure which adapter is suitble for my laptop, what information should I tell you?

A3: Please tell us the voltage, current and plug size of your original laptop adapter via ebay message or email.

Mobilephone and Accessories

Q1: Why my computer cannot recognize the phone?

A1: Our phones cannot run on windows vista. You can try the phone in a windows XP computer.

Q2: Why there is no users’ book and CD?

A2: We will send English manual if there is any. But we will not send Chinese manual and all CD.

Q3: How can I use the phone without a user guide?

A3: Some phones do not have English user guide, but we can offer buyer a similar English user guide via Email/MSN/Skype if needed. It is easy to master the operation as all phones use the same MTK operation system.

Q4: How can I connect the phone via USB to my PC without USB driver since you do not deliver CD?

A4: Normally you don't need to install the driver since it is already installed in the phone. Please just turn off the phone and connect it to the PC via USB, you will find two USB storage devices appear. Then you can download music or text to your phones.

Q5: How many languages in this phone?

A5: Please refer to the our list, all the languages are listed clearly.

Q6: Do you combine postage?

A6: Sorry we don’t combine postage since extra weight costs extra postage. But you can refer to our P&P section for the price. Normally the second postage will have some discount.

Q7: Can I use this phone in my country?

A7: Please check the GSM of your sim card. You can serch GSM Coverage Maps and Roaming Information on the internet. If it is the same as we listed, you can use it in your country.

Q8: How long should I wait to get the phone?

A8: Normally it takes 7-20 business days to reach you. You can ask for a EMS tracking number to trace the parcel.

Q9: Is the charging plug suitable for the socket in my country?

A9: We will send you a converted which is suitale for your country standard socket in every parcel.
