Item was damaged, seller said no it wasn’t, refused a return. Had to get eBay to step in to force refund/return.

Everything this buyer (blahx3) has posted is not true. The condition of the item was as stated in the listing. The buyer's description of the condition of the item when received was false. Ebay did not have to step in for the refund. It is unfortunate that a buyer can post a negative feedback for a seller with a stellar positive feedback for several years.
