Seller responded to my offer with a counter offer within a few hours... I paid IMMEDIATELY!!! and “free shipping “ expected delivery date was the 21st... I still haven’t received my item, my dishwasher is still in the middle of my kitchen. Why??? because I don’t have a motor to install. My dishwasher it’s a Bosch where the motor is a lot harder to access than your other brands. So thanks for excepting my MONEY IMMEDIATELY but sitting on your A$$...

Purchased this item 2/24/21, the seller did not initiate shipment until 3/5, did not get it to FedEx until 3/16, and I received it on 3/22, nearly a month after I ordered. By this time I had already found a replacement part, so I inquired about returns for the inconvenience and shipping delays. They did not respond, only closed my return request without a reply of any kind. Don't expect speedy shipping, or ANY form of communication as it pertains to their items.
