As item's description, we charge flat rate shipping no combine(reduce $2 S&H for each additional item) for small qty items which start bid US$0.99 or buy it now US$1.5 listings
(actual shipping cost is specified in items' description),

For example: If you buy

item 1:100 4x6 Resealable Cello Bags, S&H is $4.50 for first 100pcs and $2.50 for each additonal 100pcs
item 2:100 5x7 Resealable Cello Bags, S&H is $4.75 for first 100pcs and $2.75 for each additonal 100pcs

Your combined shipping total for item 1 and item 2 will be highest shipping plus other item's second shipipng rate

which is $4.75 + $2.50 = $7.25

But you can find the same item with larger qty listing(usually 500pcs or more) which the shipping will be $5.50
for first item and $5 for each additional item and up to $10.50 as long as the items fit in the same flat rate box.

For example: If you buy

item 1:500 4x6 Resealable Cello Bags, S&H is $5.50 for first 500pcs and $5 for each additonal 500pcs
item 2:500 5x7 Resealable Cello Bags, S&H is $5.50 for first 500pcs and $5 for each additonal 500pcs

Your combined shipping total for item 1 and item 2 will be $5.5 + $5 = $10.5

If you buy more same shipping rate item($5.50 first item $5 for additionl) the combined shipping will still be $10.5 as long as they fit in the same box.

If you buy:

item 1:100 4x6 Resealable Cello Bags, S&H is $4.50 for first 100pcs and $2.50 for each additonal 100pcs
item 2:500 5x7 Resealable Cello Bags, S&H is $5.50 for first 500pcs and $5 for each additonal 500pcs

Your combined shipping will be $5.5 + $2.5 = $8

You can save more money buy from large qty or wholesale lot listings(usually 2000pcs or more, the shipping is only $9.5 for first wholesale lot and only $4.5 for each additonal wholesale lot).
