| A:Yes, we will wait until all your winning auctions ended and combine invoices & shipping then ship them together for you. Please don't check out any items before all your auctions ended(ebay doesn't allow us to combine the invoices if you checked out or pay one of your items). |
| Q:How do your combine shipping calculated? |

| A:The combined shipping will base on the total item's weight or specify in the S&H section of the item's description. For more details please view "All Bags Combine Shipping Rules" page(At top of our ebay store page). |
| Q:How do your Cello/Poly bags measured? |

| A:All our bags are measured from outside of the bags, for example if the bag size states 3x5 then the bag is exactly 3x5 and the inside storage area of the bag is very close to 3x5 as well so the bag can still fit a 3x5 card but will be a bit tie) |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes. We ship our items worldwide, we will mark all international packages as gift and write low value to help customer avoid custom duty and tax. |
