Q: What if I want to return for a
refund?
A: All returns for refund will incur a 14% restocking
fee (including defective items, damaged items, and DOA items). Defective items
can be exchanged for a working unit, but any return for refund will incur a 14%
restocking fee. Software once opened (factory seal broken) can not be
returned for refund.
Q: How do I ship back my
Return/Exchange?
A: The customer can choose any transportation method
(drop off, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) to return goods for refund or exchange
(including defective items). Unique Squared suggests using a shipping service
with tracking capabilities and delivery confirmation. Software once opened
(factory seal broken) can not be returned for refund.
Q: I need a replacement ASAP!
A: A replacement for a defective item can be shipped
out if a deposit is given. Once the original defective unit is returned to
Unique Squared the deposit will be refunded. Replacements are sent out UPS
Ground (domestically) and any expedited shipping will be at the customers
expense. International customers must pay all shipping to and from.
Q: Is there a warranty on my item?
A: All new and open box items carry a full
manufacturers warranty valid in the USA. B-stock and refurbished items may have
a shorter warranty period, please see the bottom of the item description.
Warranties are only valid in the United States of America.
Q: What is shipping to Hawaii, Alaska,
and Puerto Rico?
A: You can type your mailing zip code into the eBay
shipping calculator to calculate shipping to your location. For very large items
you may be contacted prior to shipping for any additional shipping charges.
Q: What is shipping to APO Adresses?
A: Sorry we cannot ship to APO addresses.
Q: What if my item is defective?
A: Customer must contact us within 15 days of delivery
to request a return or exchange. Customer is responsible for transportation of
the item back to Unique Squared (this includes return shipping). For exchanges
of product within the United States Unique Squared will pay for shipping of the
new item back to the customer.
Q: Can you ship to an alternate
address?
A: Yes we can ship to an alternate address (work
address etc.). Please be sure to confirm you have put the correct address in for
shipping when you checkout and pay.
Q: When will my item ship?
A: Most items ship within 1 business day of payment
clearing. Please note some payments may go through PayPal as an echeck and not
clear for several business days. Your tracking number will be emailed to your
email address registered with eBay.
Q: Shipment Tracking Number?
A: In the evening after close of business your tracking
number will be emailed to your email address registered with eBay (sometimes is
your old email address). Please be sure to check any SPAM filters. The tracking
will also be uploaded to eBay and can be found in the Order Details of your
purchase in your "My eBay" page.
Q: What is B-Stock / Open Box / Demo?
A: May have cosmetic blemishes or the box has been
damaged. The units are fully functional and come with a warranty from the
manufacturer. Please feel free to contact us about a certain item, because we
can often provide a new unit at a similar price.
Q: Do you accept Money Orders?
A: No. Money orders are no longer an allowed method of
payment on eBay.
Q: Can I get a lower price?
A: If a "Make Offer" appears in the listing under "Buy
It Now" please feel free to submit an offer and a sales associate will get back
to you with our lowest price.
Q: Will this item work on 220-240 Volt
power?
A: In the item description under the "Package Contents"
the power requirements can be found in "[ ]" brackets in dark red colored
writing. Units with auto-switching power supplies will state "100-240 Volt". All
items (unless otherwise stated) have USA plug configuration power cords
included.
Q: Will you accept a lower offer
outside eBay?
A: For order accuracy and for the protection of your
personal information, we do not take orders or payments by phone or email.
Please place your order through eBay. Feel free to make a lower offer using the
"Make Offer" feature on the items where it is available.
