Purchased two pairs of "NEW" speakers from this seller and the transaction was horrible. Items were damaged, defective, and incorrect. Outer box arrived undamaged so it was obvious that someone purposely placed damaged products inside. One pair was clearly damaged, one pair was used, incorrect, and sent back to this seller ten years ago with a receipt I found inside the box showing that they were defective. Seller has agreed to refund my purchase price which is the only right thing they've done.

I did contact the seller about a minor hitch in the listing but they were very receptive and took care of me, even though I didn’t expect anything other than to give them a bit of feedback.
