Rings sized above 9 or 5 and lower are subject to a surcharge. Due to the unusual size of said rings, these specific items are non-refundable.

Diamonds not certified by GIA or EGL can have a 1 - 2 grade difference, higher or lower.

If your product is found to have a defect on material or workmanship, Universal Diamond Exchange will repair such defects free of charge for material and labor. Diamonds are not covered by this guarantee. Universal Diamond Exchange is not liable for lost or damaged stones, but in the event of such event, Universal Diamond Exchange will consider a discount to replace the original stone.

To maintain our low prices and excellent customer service, be confident as we are confident and stand behind our products that you will receive quality items from Universal Diamond Exchange. UNIVERSAL DIAMOND EXCHANGE OFFERS LIFETIME EXCHANGES AND UPGRADES equal to the purchase amount of the item. Items purchased from our listing are entering a legal & binding contract under eBay regulations and guidelines. Refunds are valid for 14 days upon receiving the item and only if items are not as described. Items eligible for refund must be accompanied by an appraisal or diamond report from an independent gem company. Shipping, custom duties or any other fees incurred are non-refundable.
