Q: Which payment method to pay?
A: Our Preferred Method of payment is only PayPal
Q: Do you accept money order or personal check?
A: No.
Q: Do you accept credit card?
A: Not directly by me but you can pay with credit card by using PayPal even if you don’t have PayPal account. Simply, follow the checkout process after eBay purchase and you will be asked to pay with OR without PayPal account.
Q: How long you wait to pay?
A: Once you buy it now at Fixed price or auction(ends), then I will wait FOUR days to receive payment. In case if you have any issue, please send me a message through 'contact member' about when you pay or how long I could wait. If I don't receive payment or message from you within FOUR days, I will open a case on FIFTH day ' Payment Not Received' through ebay resolution center.
Q: Can you reslove the ebay 'unpaid case'?
A: Yes, Once payment received with in another FOUR days after case open, then case will close automatically and does not impact or hurt your ebay profile. If you do not make payment within FOUR days after case open, then I must close the case with 'payment not received' and you will receive one unpaid strike to your ebay profile.

Q: Will you take more photos of product?
A: Yes. Please check more photos at the bottom of listing details on each product. You can find more photos of product and still want to see different views or have questions regarding product, please send me a questions through ‘Ask a Question’ near my profile.
Q: Where the products made?
A: Each product details or photos have a country name or where it made in. If in case if nothing mentioned about the product made from which country then only follow the below guidelines. All NON brand leather products are made in either India or China. All Necklaces are made in either China or Korea. All chain belts and Jean Chain are made in china.
USA Shipping FAQ
Q: Will you do combine shipping?
A: Yes.
Q: How do you calculate combine shipping discounts?
A: Each additional product are eligible for shipping discounts of US $1.50 EXCLUDING FREE SHIPPING listing. Example, if you buy three products with shipping costs are USD 2.50 , 3.25 and 3.50 then total shipping costs including combine shipping discounts are 3.50+2.50+3.25 – 1.50 -1.50 = 6.25. It means each additional product receives US $1.50 shipping discounts.
Q: Which address do you ship the product?
A: I always ship the product at PayPal confirmed or unconfirmed address. Incase if you have special request for shipment, please add a note while paying through PayPal instead of sending a separate email or eBay message. It’s more secure and easy to take care of your instructions with PayPal payment note.
Q: When will you ship my item?
A: I will ship your item with in 24 to 48 hours of payment EXCLUDES Holidays and weekends.
Q: Will you provide shipment tracking number?
A: Yes. You will receive email notification with tracking number information through the PayPal system once I print the shipping label. You can track your package at USPS website with tracking number. Incase if you don’ receive your package within TEN days of your tracking number email, please contact me to escalate the issue with USPS.
Q: When I should receive the product?
A: You should receive your product anywhere between 2 to 9 days of the shipment date. In most cases, product deliver with in 5 days but you should prepare to wait maximum 9 days from the shipment date. If you don’t receive on TENTH day, please contact me to escalate the issue with USPS.

Q: Will you ship internationally?
A: Yes.
Q: How much shipping costs to CANADA and ALL OTHER COUNTRY?
A: Each listing details have ‘Shipping Costs’ Section at the middle of listing detail pages. You will find USA, CANADA and ALL OTHER COUNTRY shipping charges with associated product. If you want to ship your product EXCLUDES USA and CANADA, then ALL OTHER COUNTRY shipping charges apply to your invoice.
Example, you will see following format at the middle of listin detail page:

ALL OTHER COUNTRY(USPS First Class International Mail) US $6.00

Q: When will you ship my item?
A: I will ship your item with in 24 to 48 hours of payment EXCLUDES Holidays and weekends.
Q: Which shipping method are used?
A: USPS (United States Postal Service) is used for ALL international shipment. All products are shipped through USPS First Class International Mail Service unless weight exceeds more than 4 lbs. I always send a message with in 12 hours once your package is shipped through USPS.
Q: Will you provide International shipment tracking number?
A: No. You will receive ebay message from me about your shipment information WITHOUT tracking number information since USPS First Class International mail service does not provide tracking number. You can have tracking number with USPS International Priority mail service which costs minimum us $15 depends on weight of package so in case if you want, you should pay very HIGH shipping costs. you should receive your package in 99.99% time with in 15 days of shipment. They can hold you package for custom inspection up to 30 days too. It's not in our hands so be prepare to wait longer time. I am very honest and ship package on time but there could be lost or delay during transit. I can not do anything but only provides you custom form with USPS stamps dated scan copy as a proof...
Q: Do buyer pay any additional fees to receive the package?
A: It varies by country but most cases not. Buyers may need to pay additional costs such as duties, taxes and custome clearnace fees. For example, Interntaional rate may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearnace. The package will arrive at a buyer's door, but the buyer might need to pay extra international fees.
Q: Why do you charge little more for international shipping?
A: International shipping is time consuming process than domestic shipping. International shipping are little more due to following reasons. (1) PayPal International charges are higher than USA. (2) I need to fill out custom forms to ship the product. (3) It’s not easier to do online International shipping label so I need to wait in a line at USPS Physical location which takes 10 to 30 minutes to process international package. I always try to charge reasonable international shipping for each product.

RETURN FAQ
Q: Do you accept return?
A: Yes.
Q: What is process to return the product?
A: Please send me a message with in 48 hours of receiving the product. You ship it back within 7 days and I will refund your money back through PayPal INCLUDING S/H/Insurance fee. (NOT International shipment and Auction Listing).
PRODUCT ISSUE
Q: How do you slove defective product?
A: All my products are brand new and manufacture original packaging but there are still possible to have product damage or defective. You can have very easily your full refund simply returning the product. Once I receive return product, I will provide full refund through paypal account. You can also send defective product photos with different angle views to me and I can send exchange, partial refund or full refund depends on the product defective.. It's not guarantee that you will receive exchange product.
Q: what happen if product are not described as per listing details?
A: If you think product are not described as per listing details, and photos , then please send me a message to reslove the issue. I can make mistake no doubt it about the products even after providing details and photos of product. You can simply return the product to receive full 100% money back refund from me. I can't provide full refund if you do no return the product. |
