The item is as described. Though the seller did not provide an IOSS number on the package although I explicitly asked him to. As a result the package underwent customs clearance and I was charged VAT for a second time, as well as clearance fees. Ebay refunded the double charged VAT but not the clearance fee, as expected. It also meant a 2 weeks delay...
