Store ship-to locations
Worldwide for jewelry items, except to countries that are prohibited. Candles and other heavy items are shipped in the US but can be shipped worldwide if International customers email for a shipping quote.
Shipping & Handling
I offer FREE INTERNATIONAL shipping on many jewelry items. US shipping includes tracking; the only tracking available for 1st class international is the customs number. Priority shipping is available internationally; Express shipping is available in the US. If you are an international customer and would like Express shipping, contact me to make arrangements. See the listings for the price of Priority or Express shipping for the item of your choice. Otherwise, buyer Pays Shipping as noted on the listing. I have never charged a handling fee and I never will

Customer service & return policy
PRICE MATCH! I will match any price of the same exact item any competitor lists for less on eBay. The item must be exact (authentic products, not copies or knock offs) and in new condition. I will match the price of what they offer + their shipping expense. For instance, if they offer an item for $15.00 + $3.50 shipping, I will match the price at $18.50 not the $15.00 as I offer FREE SHIPPING on most of my jewelry! I will only match competitor prices in the USA, not foreign sellers. To receive the price match, please email me at Dena@throughnightsfire.com or Dena@venusilluminated.com first. I will only match prices PRIOR to your purchase: I will not match prices for any item you've already agreed to purchase, so please do email first! Send me the page link to the ebay seller's item so I can see what they are offering and their price and I will match it.
I offer a 14 day exchange or money back guarantee. Items must be in their original condition upon return. For exchanges, I will cover the shipping if I have made a mistake (sent the wrong item), otherwise the customer covers return shipping. If I paid for the initial shipping (ie FREE Shipping items) this amount will be subtracted from refund. If a ring you've ordered doesn't fit, you may return it for an exchange up to 30 days. As I am updating the pages to reflect the new 14 day refund or exchange, please be aware that not all pages will have accurate refund and exchange information on them. However, the new policy listed here is valid on all items other than clearance items.
Packages are sent within 24 business hours after payment is received. If paying by personal check, we will not send your items until your check clears--this may take up to 10 days. If paying by echeck, we will ship after the funds are in our account, usually this takes 3-4 days. Money order/Cashier's check payment are sent as soon as the payment is received in the mail.
