Versio Mobile Shipping Policy

• Versio Mobile ships within the USA, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. No International Shipping

• We ship Monday - Friday, Closed on weekends & Holidays

• Order placed on Friday after 10:00AM (PST)  will be shipped on Monday.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, after receiving full cleared payment.

Shipping Method:

• We ship by US Postal Service

• Shipping options available: (First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail)

• Free Shipping Option is shipped by First Class Mail

Shipping Transit Time:

• Delivery time is dependent on the shipping method selected.

• First Class Mail - Transit Bus. Days 1 to 14

• Priority Mail - Trasit Bus. Days 1 to 3

• Express Mail - Transit Bus. Days 1

• Transit times is estimated, NOT A GURANTEE!

• Versio Mobile is not responsible for shipping delays that may occur by the shipping carrier. There are too many reasons to list why it can happen. US Postal Service ultimately will deliver it within 14 days.

Tracking:

• Ebay & Paypal will be updated with the tracking number once we have processed and shipped the order.
  

• US Postal Service tracking information is usually updated every 24 hours on USPS website. US Postal Service tracking does not provide a Step-by-Step tracking information.

Undeliverable Packages:

• Please ensure shipping address is correct. Versio Mobile is not responsible for undeliverable package due to buyer's shipping address error.
