I have no idea of who is at the loss, Me, because why? or the seller for choosing the packaging it did. I'm not upset, but if there is resolution, I'd like to be the recipient of same. after receiving the item and reading the operating instructions, I believe it will work well for a single operator, but not multiple operators/ employees. have requested to return item. no fault of seller other than in description they should include a copy of the instructions. it would certainly have made my decision to not purchase this item easier, and to look for something more multiple operators/ employees friendly. thanks steve
