You bid or bought an Item:
• Please send an Invoice Request to get the correct total cost or Just pay for your item. The sooner you pay the faster we ship!
• If you do not want the item we will cancel the transaction prior to payment or shipment - no questions asked.
• If you do not agree with the shipping rates we will be glad to cancel the transaction.
Combined Shipping:
• If you won multiple auctions we can combine the shipping cost of most items for a lower rate (not all items will qualify). You must first request an invoice. We will then resend you a new invoice with the updated rates. You will then pay from the updated invoice we send you.
Shipping USA 48 States:

• We ship Monday - Friday. We do NOT ship on the Weekends or Holidays.
• Most shipments are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (unless specified).
• We use FedEx and USPS. Unless you have specifically paid for a service type, we will choose the cheepest method.
• When shipping to PO Boxes we may ask you to pay more due that it may cost a lot more using USPS vs FedEx because FedEx does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
• Insurance is included with every purchase unless stated in our auction.
• If you do not agree with the shipping rates we will cancel the transaction prior to payment and shipment .
• We charge each additional Item fee when you buy multiple items (no acceptions will be made).
• When buying multiple items we charge the highest shipping item cost plus the fee for each additional item. • We might require a Paypal Confirmed Shipping Address before shipping some items.

• Their may be an additional cost to ship some items to your PO box. This normally applies to larger size or oversized boxes. If so we will contact you with the additional cost before shippment. If you do not want to pay more, we can ship to a physical address using FedEx. This will cheaper for oversize and heavy items.
APO/FPO Customers:
• We gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses, however please contact us prior to bidding for an accurate shipping quote.

Sales Tax OHIO:
Residents of the state of OHIO will need to pay Sales Tax of 6.5%. This applies to all shipments made to an OHIO address.
International Shipping:

• We ship USPS Global Priority Maili, USPS Express Mail, USPS First Class Mail.

• Once your item as left the USA it is now in your countries customs and postal system. We do not have any additional information.
• First Class Mail and Surface Mail: These are nontrackable services. The number you get is a conformation number NOT a tracking number. You must allow up to 30 business days from the day we ship your item before we will replace or resend out lost items. Most items are not lost, they are normally still in transit. (This excludes USPS Express Mail)
• If you have a Conformation Number, then your package has shipped. Keep in mind that the USPS will sometimes not clock your package into the system, so sometimes it may not show that your item has shipped, when in fact it has shipped. We have NO control of this problem. You must allow up to 30 business days from the day we ship your item before we will replace or resend out lost items. Most items are not lost, they are normally still in transit. (This excludes USPS Express Mail)
• USPS Express Mail is a trackable service from start to finish. You will need to sign for these packages.
• The delivery time could take longer for some international addresses. We have noticed that certain countries like Italy, Brazil, Russia and Island Nations take longer than the USPS stated time to deliver. Please take this into consideration. We have no control over shipping times.
• You have not received your item: Contact your local post office to see if they have your item on hold. Try contacing your Customs Office to see if they have your item. See if one of your family members or your neighbor has your package first.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
• The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please feel free to Contact Us if you have any questions prior to shipment
Products We Sell:
• We make every effort possible to represent the products we sell as accurately as possible. The information regarding the products are gathered from the manufacturer's website, catalogs and product information sheets. We do most of our own photography but due to the nature of flash photograph sometimes the colors can be lightened or distorted. We cannot be responsible for errors, typos or omissions in the descriptions or variations in the pictures. If something does not look right please contact us if you have a specific questions about that particular product.
Warranties:
• Unless stated otherwise in the auction, all products are new and are normally covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Although it is rare, if you do find that you need assistance, all warranty and technical issues must be directed to the manufacturer, not to Vintage Logos Inc unless we are the actual manufacture of the product. We can assist you in obtaining the necessary contact information if needed. If a product is defective, it must be returned to the manufacturer.
Returns:
• We DO accept returns if you change your mind about an item or you ordered the wrong item. Return and/or exchange of merchandise must take place within 45 days of receipt of product. All merchandise to be returned must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact. Vintage Logos Inc. reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in salable condition. Returns are to be freight prepaid back to Vintage Logos Inc. and are subject to a restocking fee of 15% with a minimum restocking fee of $2.00. Freight and handling are not refundable. Please contact us first before returning any merchandise for approval and an RMA number. We do NOT accept packages without an RMA number.
Feedback:
• We will leave feedback after you have left feedback. Keep in mind that we use an automative service.
• If there is a problem with your order, please contact us to resolve the issue before leaving negative feedback.
Problems With Your Order;
Wrong products, Damaged Shipments, Missing Items & Lost Packages:
• We work hard to get your order to you on time and accurately but sometimes mistakes happen. We make mistakes and shipping carriers also make mistakes; which we have no control over; damages, lost orders, deliveries to wrong addresses. If you receive the wrong product or if it was damaged during shipment or if you are missing items, please contact us. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us to resolve the issue before leaving negative feedback.
• If your item is damaged you will need to send us photos of the damaged item. If the box is crushed or smashed send photos of the box too. We may require you to send back the damaged item before we can reship you another item. If your item was shipped through FedEx; their policy is that they must get back the item in order to inspect it. Contact us first before sending anything back.
• You must follow all FedEx and USPS procedures and policies when it comes to damaged items or lost packages. Contact us for info and instructions.
Non-Paying-Bidders:
• Please read the auction description completely before bidding or buying an item. Bidding or buying an item is a contract and costs us ebay fees. We will follow-up all non-paying bidders through eBay.
• If you do not want the item we will cancel the transaction.
