Our shipping charge includes a heat pack or cool pack if either are needed at no extra cost. 

Due to the Christmas Season rush at the post office, our last day of shipping will be November 28, 2009.  We will resume shipping January 4, 2010.  If you absolutely need something shipped during that time, I will ship but at your risk.  Feel free to continue shopping during that time and we will hold it until we resume our shipping.
