Agreed to pay extra shipping on item, but order was canceled by merchant. I received a full refund by merchant. Never received explanation on why order was not fulfilled and canceled by merchant.

There was a shipping cost error in auction and asked buyer to pay the correct shipping that was fully insured. Buyers response "Ok add the EXTRA $400" in capital letters. I replied immediately upon cancellation "order has been cancelled due to error in auction. Nothing extra". Ebay has records of all of these emails. I never charge "EXTRA"!
